Excellent customer service provided. New-fashioned, soundproof rooms provided with bedroom, once the temperature was over 30 degrees, as example. Marvellous breakfast selection for all tastes with meat products, a view of the Acropolis and fresh bread.

The room we stayed in had a nice balcony and the hotel also had the view on the Acropolis from the rooftop terrace that we were after. Room facilities are good and the breakfast offered enough choice for us. The area around the hotel is pretty good in comparison to some of the downtown areas where most of the hotels are located. The Acropolis and the new Acropolis museum are just one metro stop away so that is very convenient as well (although you do have to walk about 5-10 mins to the nearest metro stop from the hotel). The taxi fare to Piraeus was also within reason from the hotel so all in all it was a good choice and excellent value for money.
In an ideal world the bar on the rooftop terrace would be open. When we were there, hotel staff had to bring drinks up from the bar in the lobby upon request.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
